IEU Storm Structure Maintenance Contract

Since April 2025, HCE has proudly served as the trusted subcontractor for Indy Excavating and Utilities (IEU) on their comprehensive storm structure maintenance contract. Working daily alongside IEU’s exceptional team has been an invaluable opportunity—we are truly blessed to partner with a company that sets the standard for professionalism, expertise, and collaboration in the industry.

In just over six months, HCE has completed more than 100 storm structure maintenance projects for IEU across the greater Indianapolis area. Our scope of work includes:

• Inlet Repair & Replacement – Removing deteriorated inlets, installing new precast structures, and sealing joints for long-term performance.
   

• Basin Repair & Replacement – Rebuilding or replacing stormwater basins to restore capacity and prevent erosion or flooding.
   

• Manhole Repair & Rehabilitation – Raising structures to grade, reforming with brick, sealing leaks, and replacing damaged rings and covers.
   

• Concrete Demolition & Installation – Precision removal of old concrete followed by forming and pouring new, high-strength replacements.
   

• Traffic Control & Worksite Safety – Maintaining safe, efficient work zones in active roadways and neighborhoods.
