HCE’s role begins with full site preparation, including layout verification, rough grading, and installation of construction entrances to provide clean, stable access for all trades. Our team also manages material hauling and logistics throughout the project, ensuring materials are delivered efficiently to keep construction on schedule.

 

We then perform precise excavation and pour foundation footers, establishing a strong and reliable base for each home. Once the foundation walls are installed by others, HCE returns to seal the concrete block, protecting the structure from moisture and supporting long-term durability.

 

Our scope also includes complete underground utility installation, including water, sewer, and sump discharge lines to ensure proper drainage and performance. Crawlspaces are carefully backfilled and compacted to specification, maintaining structural integrity and preparing the site for future phases.

 

Each project concludes with final grading and site cleanup, leaving a clean, build-ready lot that reflects the professionalism of both HCE and the builder.
